About Me.

I received a Master’s of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I hold a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Applied Developmental Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles. My Master’s thesis, titled Body and Dream: Authentic Movement and Dream Work Evoking the Great Mother Archetype Within Psyche, explored the use of Authentic Movement (a somatic practice) and dream analysis (a symbolic practice) as tools in aiding women to develop a closer connection to the archetypal feminine.

Before studying depth psychology, I was a performance artist working with the body as an expression of shadow material and performance as the vehicle to shift the unconscious shadow into consciousness for both performer and audience. This background reinforces my belief that therapy is an embodied art and has the ability to transform the lives of those in the therapy room and beyond.

I am a founding board member and director of Psyche and The Sacred: A Contemplative Community (PSCC), a non profit organization that fosters a depth psychological approach to spirituality through the use of dream work and exploration of numinous experiences. I have and continue to study under Jungian analyst and PSCC founder, Dr. Lionel Corbett.

I am trained in Maternal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and 2020 Mom. I utilize evidence-based tools as well as an intuitive tending that supports women and couples on their journey toward parenthood.
