Depth Psychotherapy for Adolescents, Adults, & Couples
I am a depth-oriented Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that therapy can be a nurturing and collaborative journey toward healing. I wouldn’t be a therapist if I didn’t see the transformative changes it has made in my life and in my client’s lives. Physical and emotional symptoms associated with suffering are a signal toward action. These feelings or wounds indicate that your coping strategies may no longer be working for you and there is a call for self-transformation. The suffering may present itself as burn out, a lack of energy or emotion, unfulfilled longing, anxiety, restlessness, the inability to connect with others, conflict in relationships, or deep overwhelm by the everyday toil of life.
With compassion and complete presence, I can help you identify the roots of your wounds and untangle yourself from the negative patterns that are keeping you stuck. Whether you’re facing a life transition, a quarter/mid-life crisis, a major trauma, or living with depression or anxiety, I assist you in establishing a sense of internal safety, expanding the capacity for resilience and adaptability, and connecting with your true nature to experience increased joy and fulfillment.
I work with adults, teens, couples, and families using a depth-oriented approach informed by trauma studies, attachment, contemplative theory and the relationship between the body and the mind. My approach is tailored to your individual needs and I work collaboratively with you to define therapeutic goals.
I hold two main specialties; one in infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum support for individuals and couples, the other is utilizing dream work, somatic awareness, and non-dual practices to assist clients in connecting to their authentic self.
I am committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all who seek therapy regardless of race, color, ancestry, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age or national origin. Each person is a unique individual and all attitudes, beliefs, and values will be explored with dignity.
